IPCC does not provide NO emission factors. A list of Tier 2 emission factors is given in [EMEP (2019)](9-Literature#emep-2019)-3B-32, Table 3.10. However, their origin cannot be found in the reference given. Hence, according to [Haenel et al. (2012)](9-Literature#haenel-h-d-r%C3%B6semann-c-d%C3%A4mmgen-u-poddey-e-freibauer-a-d%C3%B6hler-h-eurich-menden-b-wulf-s-dieterle-m-osterburg-b-2012), a NO-N emission factor is chosen that is one tenth of the N<sub>2</sub>O-N emission factor.
